Return/Refund/Exchange Policies:

Goods sold are not returnable or refundable unless you received an incorrect item(s) or any manufacture defected item(s).

The following reasons may not be considered as manufacture defects:

1. Minor stains. (especially light colour clothes) Stains are not larger than 2cm diameter.

2. Minor treads fray at the end, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of the seams.

3. Claims of the cutting or design of item is not good or up to expectation.

4. Deliberate damage of items such that it may warrant an exchange.

Exchange Process:

1. All exchange requests must be send to us within 3 days from date of received.

2. We will reply your requests soonest possible, please be patient.

3. Return or exchange items must be in new and packaging intact.

5. Item(s) required to be returned within 3 days upon confirmation of exchange with us.
